Turning visual presence into a business advantage
Tia Stankova | Visual Strategist | Founder of DressClass
My professional journey has always been about one essential skill:
Clarity in how we communicate without saying a word.
Long before hybrid work became the norm, I worked at the intersection of business environments, professional image and communication. I did not begin as a stylist focused on trends, but as a strategic thinker observing how visual cues influence perception, confidence and trust — especially in high-stakes professional contexts.
Visual presence is rarely just about clothes.
It is about how people feel when they show up for important moments:
- meetings where decisions are made
- client conversations where trust matters
- leadership roles where visibility carries weight
- hybrid environments where expectations are unclear
About Me
Before founding DressClass, I spent years working with professionals who needed to communicate authority, credibility and clarity — both online and in person. My experience spans corporate environments, media and public-facing contexts, and extensive individual client work.
I created DressClass to bring structure and confidence into an area that often feels subjective or stressful. My approach is deliberately non-judgmental and practical. I believe that professional presence is a learned skill, not a talent you either have or don’t.
Across hundreds of individual consultations and corporate sessions, my work is defined by three principles:
-
Practical, not theoretical
-
Confidence-building, not rule-enforcing
-
Business-relevant, not trend-driven
