Delivery

We deliver across Bulgaria with Econt and Speedy.

• The delivery price is shown before you confirm your order.
• Payment: by card, cash on delivery or bank transfer.
• The dispatch time is confirmed once your order is accepted. Many styles are ordered specially for you from the distributor.
• You may inspect the parcel on delivery. If it is damaged, refuse it or file a report with the courier.

Returns – 14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

1. Let us know at tia@dressclass.com or +359 885 071 194 with your order number.
2. Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. The cost of returning them is yours.
3. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Trying them on as you would in a shop is fine.
4. We refund what you paid, including standard delivery to you, within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the goods.

Not eligible for return

• Items with embroidery, print, name or logo made at your request.
• Items made or ordered to individual specification (e.g. personalised group orders).
• Worn, washed or damaged items.

Business customers

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers. For business purchases, returns are agreed individually.
